It is the reactivation through the physical body. Whether through breathing (Prana) or movement (Kin), the goal is to reconnect with your body and find and maintain balance (Health).
We all know that movement is essential. Why then is it so difficult to get into action? I ask this question, and I know the list of reasons is long. But if we stop and look in the mirror, those excuses always lose some of their meaning. In the end, we are the ones in the way of our goals.
With Prana Kin Sante, I hope to ignite the spark in as many people as possible and get them moving now. Help them take the first step that is so difficult and take them even further than they could have imagined.
