Beyond my academic background presented on my homepage, I wanted to share a little more about myself with you.
Physical activity has always been part of my life. In high school, I played volleyball, took up running and discovered outdoor activities such as skiing (downhill and cross-country), climbing, hiking, road biking, etc.
It was clear that I wanted to spend most of my time outside. So I worked as a downhill ski instructor and as an outdoor group coach for a company in Quebec. Rain or shine, we had a group of motivated people who came to move outside with us and that was so much fun! During these five beautiful years, in parallel, I also helped people in private with training and manual therapy. I also trained to become a Yoga teacher (at Soham Yoga in Montreal) and started teaching in the city of Sherbrooke to a wonderful group of people.
Everything was going well, but I still had this dream of travelling as I had told myself in my early twenties that between the ages of 20 and 30, my goal would be to travel… I was now over 25! So I set in motion the travel project and went to Spain with my boyfriend. During this year, I got a job as en English teacher considering that my Spanish was not at its highest level. Luckily, I was able to continue giving yoga classes regularly to my colleagues and offering classes on the beach.

I loved my year in Spain, but I missed the great green spaces of Canada. I wanted forest and mountains! So I headed for Vancouver and I've had the chance to hit the trails near my home in North Vancouver for over two and a half years now.
Through all these trips and changes, I have somewhat put aside my first passion, which is physical activity. It's always remained in the sphere of my life, but now I want it to be the central element of it again. So that's why I'm here with Prana Kin Sante!
Thanks for reading and I hope to be able to share my passion with you very soon!
